Damaged artwork
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us at design@aboutpattern as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the damage and packaging, so we can help resolve the issue.
Change of mind
For paintings purchased online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Please contact us to arrange a return. We will explain how to return the painting safely.
Custom and commissioned paintings
Paintings made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if the artwork is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
